Damon after the captain's chair?

With Trekkies all getting their phazers in a twist over the proposed 11th voyage of the star ship Enterprise, it seem’s a certain Matt Damon would be more than happy to take command and boldly go etc etc. Though not 100% in line for the role in the prequel as the rumor mill had suggested, he would sign up and assume the captaincy, providing the script was good enough. If this turned out to be the case, it would be the first time anyone had stepped into Shatners shoes since he began with the original 60’s TV series. Could those shoes ever be filled we suspect legions of thirty somethings still living with their parents will ask. We’ll have to see. In the meantime, you could potentially re-visit the final frontier by having a crack at the BritFilms Star Trek animated adventures competition. All 24 episodes of the 70’s trek cartoon brought up to muster with re-mastering and a lovely 5.1 soundtrack in a fetching tri-corder styled case. As usual, a ridiculously easy question is the only obstacle. Click here-answer-win! Fascinating!
