Hugh Laurie joins the ‘Night Watch’
Great to see the name of the brilliant Hugh Laurie in connection with a film these day’s. The long punishing hours on the set of the incredibly successful American TV series ‘House’ surely don’t leave much room in the mans schedule.
We're very pleased then to see he’s being lined up to star alongside Keanu Reeves and Forest Whitaker in the promising “Night Watch” (see our previous story)
‘Night Watch’ follows an L.A cop (Reeves) and his set up by a former mentor (Whitaker) for the killing of a fellow officer.
Laurie will play an investigating officer alongside ‘Sunshines’ Chris Evans.
I kind of grew up with Hugh Laurie, and his ‘Black Adder’ and ‘Jeeves And Wooster’ roles are as watchable now as they were back in the day. So good to hear word of his return to the big screen in some capacity.
