Spacey says "bye" to Hollywood?!
After taking the role of Verbal Kint in ‘The Usual Suspects’ Kevin Spacey has made a name for himself in cinema for delivering brilliant performances – now Hollywood.com have reported the news that he’s giving it up.
Spacey is going to knock the acting game on the head, and carry on with his management of the Old Vic theatre in London:
"I don't care about my personal acting career anymore. I'm done with it. After 10 years of making movies and going better than I ever could have imagined, I sort of had to ask myself, 'What am I supposed to do with all of this success that I have had? Am I just going to keep making movie after movie and be concerned with all of that 'Are you up, are you down, are you hot, are you not?'--and I don't really care. What I really care about is the remarkable experience of being able to be a part of bringing people together."
Bad news I’m sure you’d agree as the last role he took was Lex Luthor in the terribly disappointing ‘Superman Returns’ which by the sounds of things he won’t be returning to.
