Broadbent joins the adventure with 'Indiana Jones'

A BritFilms Exclusive! Another British talent is being added to the list of cast members getting in on the fourth great adventure of Dr. Jones in ‘Indiana Jones and the City of the Gods’.

As well as Ray Winstone and the recently announced John Hurt, Jim Broadbent is now the third confirmed British thesp taking part in the eagerly anticipated sequel.

During an interview concerning Broadbent’s forthcoming film, ‘And When Did You Last See Your Father?’ the actor himself, let it slip that he was going to be starring in the adventure sequel:

"I’m doing a good cameo in the next ‘Indiana Jones’, so working with Mr.Spielberg should be an experience. I’m going to Yale – I’m a professor.”

Jokingly it was suggested that he could be the new ‘Marcus Brody’ character.

“That would do for me (laughs)”

It’s great news to know that the likes of Hurt, Winstone and now Broadbent are all on board for Indy. The more we hear about casting the more we look forward to hearing that loud whip cracking once again when Indy is released next year.

Keep your eyes peeled for the full interview concerning ‘And When Did You Last See Your Father?” as well as the BritFilms review which will both appear soon.
